Butter
Garlic
Backwater Heatworks Cayenne & Pepper Sauce
Lemon
Steps
1. Melt butter and stir in garlic and a dash of Cayenne sauce.
2. Spoon over each oyster.
3. Grill until edges curl.
4. Add a small hit of Cayenne sauce and lemon.
5. Serve hot.
